​Order Entry and Fulfillment Specialist

Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our company as an Order Entry and Fulfillment Specialist. As part of our fulfillment team, you receive and fulfill orders in an efficient manner. This is a fast-paced and occasionally physical position, meaning you must be able to stand, crouch, and lift objects and parcels throughout your shift. Our ideal candidate has prior experience with order fulfillment software and strong data entry and customer service skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner
  • Track all orders via delivery software
  • Note inventory levels and alert supervisor to potential issues
  • Answer phone calls and provide exemplary customer care
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED certificate
  • Prior experience with fulfillment software preferred
  • The physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a standard workday
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Attention to detail
